We have all of the equipment required to do so, along with a well-trained and professional staff of full-time employees. We mainly use our remote-controlled spider lifts to access tight areas and/or hazardous scenarios.

Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Maryland?

In most cases, no permit is required to remove trees on private property in Charles, Calvert, or St. Mary’s County. However, if your property is within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area (within 1,000 feet of tidal waters), a vegetation removal permit is required and replacement planting is mandatory. When is the best time to trim trees in Maryland?

If a dead tree simply falls without damaging anything, insurance may not cover it.
